Abstract
Transaction in general is one of the most important factors in life. With the advancement of the technology throughout the years and the human knowledge, it had changed human’s life. The method of transaction has also evolved; from the exchange of goods and commodities to the use of official currency and now, the cashless transaction, i.e: cards, online payment and bank transfer. This research aims to identify the methods of transaction in Islam. The researcher follows the inductive method and the analytical approach to achieve this goal, through the inductive method through which the researcher can evaluate the process of transaction in Islamic law. In the analytical approach to identify a new information on transaction in this technology era such as automatic vending machine. Researcher’s research is divided into three chapters. Chapter one describes about the introduction of transaction in Islamic law. In chapter two explains for the terms and conditions of transaction. Chapter three is about etiquette of transaction in Islam. This research presents some effective solutions to avoid problems during transaction in order to achieve the maintenance from corruption or prohibited transactions.
