Abstract
This research aims to explain about broken transactions according to four mazhab. This thesis contains three sections. The first section is divided into three divisions which is the first section contains the meaning of transactions, penitentiary and ethics of transactions, the second division contains commandments of transactions and the third division contains requirements of transactions. The second section is divided into two divisions which is the first contains law of transactions and second division contains price and items or goods. The third section is divided into two divisions which is the first contains types of cancelled transactions according to four mazhab and the second division contains types of broken transactions according to four mazhab. Islamic Scholars have different opinions about cancelled transactions and broken transactions. Therefore, I explained about the cancelled transactions and broken transactions. I hope this thesis can help people understand about the two transactions.
