Abstract

This research focused on Mudharabah and what is associated with it in Fiqh Islam in terms of harmony, conditions and effects as a contribution to the field of teaching and learning of Fiqh Islam for muslimin and muslimat in generally and to increase their knowledge in the muamalat fiqh Islam and thi can help them to know more about mudharabah and what is associated with it in Fiqh islam. The writer obtain information on Mudharabah and what is associated with it in Fiqh Islam by searching for information in books and past research in the library and find the information related to Mudharabah on the internet. Finally, the writer finds what the Fuqaha explained earlier could benefit All muslims in their daily affairs.
