Abstract
The content of this scientific exercise is about the crime description of the torture of the soul, it also describes the types of abuse found in Islamic law. This scientific exercise is aimed at adding and expanding knowledge in general and facilitating special researchers. In this paper I will explain the problem of torture in Islam, the laws and the arguments of the Quran and the Sunnah and the appropriate punishments for every torture crime I will describe in this writing. The study also contains four clauses where one clause explains the types of torture on life. While the second clause explains the law of torture on the soul along with its arguments once as in the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. Then the third clause explains the reply to those who commit this abuse. The fourth clause, the last clause, explains the effects of this abuse on an individual (victim), on a family, and its impact on the society. The researcher concluded the results of the importance: The crime of self-abuse in Islamic law has been stated in the Koran and Sunnah in terms of its provisions and the implementation of punishment without any doubt about the seriousness of this crime on the individual and the family and society. The crime of torture has a serious impact on the self and on the functions of the members of the victim, the families of the victim and the surrounding society. Torture crimes also result in serious bodily injuries such as serious injuries that may be fatal. This crime also leaves the feeling of loss of shock and fear easily, and loss of confidence with people around them. Appropriate penalties and laws must be put in place against those who are willing to commit this crime. Its purpose is to punish offenders who have had a serious impact on the victim's actions. Provisions such as retribution, reduction and alienation should be applied to criminals because of the abuse of crime in order to reduce the high rate and spread throughout the country. The institution of the family must also be strengthened with core values that make honor, restraint and focus on the formation of a society based on love.
