Abstract
Islam requires marriage and it is Sunnah of the Prophets and Quran Al-Karim says: (And indeed! We have sent the Apostles before you and made them wives) and the descendants of the Prophets and there is no authority for a Messenger to perform a miracle except by Allah’s permission. Every time and time there is a matter and law established by the “Azali Surah”). The Prophet says: “shy, wearing a fragrance, laughing and getting married”. This academic exercise starts with general information on marriage: the meaning of the marriage, the arguments, and the wisdom of marriage, the law of marriage in Fiqh Islam and some of the conditions before the marriage. This exercise also contains topics on the rights and obligations of spouses in Fiqh Islam such as the character require for the spouses in married life. For example the husband’s obligation to be fair to his wives and others. Thus, this academic exercise is based on readings and references to Quran Al-Karim and Sunnah and references from books in library, previous studies and internet that related to the topic. As a result of this exercise, able to understand problem of marriage which needs to be explained by Syariat that are made, such as husband`s and wife`s right. Therefore, every person who wants to get married must learn the manners and the rules of marriage.
