Abstract

This research titled: Regulations Related To Stylists: Theoretical Study explains the regulations that is related to accessories and self-grooming as it is one of the most important chapter in this research. This research also explains aurat because in wearing accessories it contains the aurat between a person and the stylists whether they are men, women or transvestite clans. In addition, this research explains the regulations related to attires and the guides of attires wearing in Islam. Thus, it is a compulsory to cover the aurat even when wearing accessories and grooming because covering aurat is listed in the Islamic manners. In this research, it determines the regulations that are related to the stylists hired by the bride and groom among the Bruneians and the stylist is called “pengangun”. This is a very important topic as the natural feeling of human is that human loves to get grooming and look beautiful. Nowadays, there are many questions about the modernization of styling, self-grooming and accessories asked by community who are in needs of the right answers with the best explanations from the mufti, ustaz, ustazah or even the fiqh scholars. In order to get the appropriate answers and explanations, we have combined all the proofs, views, opinions, logics and the contemporary views in the field of styling, self-grooming and accessories. Towards the end of this study, I have mentioned the important results of the study and some advices.
