Abstract

In this contemporary era, it has been rumoured from the Western side and other media that Islam is a religion that are very firm in its rulings and applications, and are being very strict towards women and so on. Accordingly, the researcher seeks to explain through this study the extent of Islam and its tolerance and suitability at all times and places. This research leads Muslims in general and researcher in particular in understanding the aspects of rukhsah in ibadah, and seeks to recognize the analysis of problems arose, and to uncover the most important provisions related to the contemporary applications. In this research, researcher uses the theory of inductive approach and collects significant data from various sources. This research consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. Chapter One clarify about the aspects of rukhsah in purity and prayer, the second chapter identify the aspects of rukhsah in fasting, and the third chapter specify about the aspects of rukhsah in zakat and pilgrimage. As a result, one of the most important findings achieved through this research is that Islam suits tolerance and suitability at all times and places, it is the religion of human nature, and thus Allah has devoted people towards simplicity and ease their obligations. Thus, the researcher hope that this research will be useful to the researcher in particular and readers in general. She also hopes that this will be useful for all Muslims to acknowledge about the aspects of rukhsah in ibadah from the view of scholars in Islamic Jurisprudence.
