Abstract
Zakat is one of the Islamic Pillars. It also one of the obligatory and regulation from Allah that has been stated in al-Quran and more over Zakat and prayer has been mention together in various subjects. Zakat is also helped to develop perfect community. The importance of Zakat is not only could be seen as Ibadah towards Allah but it is also could help unfortunate community such as “Fakir Miskin” and “Asnaf” that has been stated in al-Quran al-Karim. It becomes one way to close the gap among human being in their life and earning in order to achieve one perfect community in Islam. This is because Allah s.w.t has giving more sustenance to us than others and make compulsory for rich people to help the poor people and it becomes their right and obligation for them to comply. In order to protect community from falling poverty and also becomes week government. According with disagreed ulama in fiqh has been inherited that rich people have to give out Zakat properties as per set for them particularly. This can be done whether to give out by their properties or by the rate or value of their properties itself. This is the reason and explanation that I made for this argument.
